Adults & ADHD

Being an adult with ADHD can be very challenging. It can affect every aspect of your life…, work, how you relate to people, how you raise your children, how you drive, manage time, how you feel about yourself,  life in general. Growing up with ADHD and not knowing, you feel off or out of place. Once you seek help and find out you have ADHD there is a sense of AH HA, that’s why I do this or I do that. In my case, I was relieved to finally understand me but that was after being depressed that I had ADHD. Once I accepted it and backed track over my life I am starting to understand myself better. I’ve embraced and now love that I am ADHD. I love that I do things differently and think differently. Follow my blog -> Me, My Life & ADHD.
