ENCOURAGE • EMPOWER • ELEVATE

{E³ Yourself}

Adding Doses of HOPE Daily Foundation’s mission is to encourage, empower and elevate individuals and families with resources that will improve their overall mental and emotional wellness. Our Foundation offers several programs to individuals from all walks of life. Through our programs women, men and teens are challenged to work on deep core issues in hopes of healing from the inside out. Our programs and events focus on challenges from everyday life where we put our E³ (Encourage • Empower • Elevate) spin on it.

The foundation believes that it takes hard work and unity to impact our community. Therefore, we have created several partnerships with other agencies, faith based organizations and schools in the Tri County Area of (Miami-Dade, Broward, and Palm Beach Counties). Through these partnerships we have been able to connect with various organizations and make an impact one person at a time. One of our collaborations has resulted in our Annual Women’s Empowerment Expo during Domestic Violence Awareness month.

Adding Doses of HOPE Daily looks to continue making connections with different organizations to empower our families as a unit and especially our youth. Our youth are our future, we aspire to build their character and give them the confidence they need to face every aspect of their lives. Allow us to E³ you, your organization or your teen(s). Below you will find more information on our programs and our E³ Team.

Programs

Ready to ENCOURAGE • EMPOWER • ELEVATE Yourself? Our 8 week programs will take you mentally to the next level. In order to be the best you, you have to focus on bringing out the best in you. We tend to cater to everyone else around us and neglect ourselves. Put yourself first so that you can be stronger for those around you… Be a better spouse, parent, co-worker or student…E³ Yourself.

E³ Families

E³ Parents is a program to empower our parents with the tools needed to assist them in handling the challenges of raising a child with a behavioral disorder. Parenting in general can be challenging and even harder when trying to figure out the best way to raise a child that constantly challenges you. Our E³ Parents program will help our parents through the process.

E³ Camp will be offered during the summer, spring and winter break. This camp will assist our students that are struggling with reading. They will also be able to enroll in our sports program. The camp’s goal is to strengthen our children’s reading and social skills.

E³ Survivors

E³ Survivors is a program specifically for men and women that survived a physical, emotional, mental or verbally abusive relationship. It’s a great accomplishment to end an abusive relationship but the cycle of attracting the same type of behavior from a future spouse is high. Survivors must learn to build their mental state and heal from the trauma they endured in order to live a happy and abusive free life.

E³ Teens

E³ Teens program focuses on personal and interpersonal skills, including sessions on self worth, your life’s purpose, self-esteem, conflict resolution, healthy relationships, meditation, parenting and more. The group will consist of no more than 15 focusing on issues relevant to teens. It will be a closed group; this allows the teens to freely talk about issues that face our teens today in an environment that is safe and with professional therapist.

E³ College Bound is a transitional program that is offered to high school students with an IEP or 504 Plan, students that are diagnosed with a behavioral disorder. This program will give students the tools to transition from high school to college. It’s a critical time when students come from a structured environment to an unstructured environment, even more for our students that face the challenges of ADHD, Oppositional Defiant Disorder or the likes. Our program will provide your child the skills to succeed in life after high school.
